Yes, packages can be delivered to universities across Ghana at an extra fee. The packages are sent to the station tightly sealed to be delivered to the university. We can deliver packages to UCC, UEW, KNUST and other universities that are not listed here. Whatsapp us on +233550504133 for more info.
Yes, packages can be delivered to recipients in other regions at an additional charge.
We have a 3-day return policy. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, send a message to the Whatsapp number +233550504133 or use the “Chat with us” button on the website.
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact Konzoom immediately if any item is defective, damaged or you have received the wrong item.
Once your returned item has been accepted, within three(3) days, we will issue you a refund using the original payment method you used at the time of purchase or issue you a discount code for your next order.
At Konzoom we accept Cash on Delivery (COD), Mobile money and both local and international bank cards through the Paystack payment option at the checkout.
